Transforming a late 1800s building that once housed a modest retail space with a small residence above, our 2020 remodel aimed to preserve the historic charm while infusing new life into the structure. Retaining the original brick as much as possible, we revitalized the retail area into our vibrant office studio, serving both as a workspace and a client-centric hub. Upstairs, the residence, personally envisioned by the company owner, harmonizes modern design with the building’s heritage. Our commitment remains rooted in reviving existing structures, preserving their historical essence, and restoring their former glory.
Through our meticulous construction efforts, we effectively doubled the overall size of the building while retaining its historical integrity. This expansion allowed us to embrace the building’s potential, breathing new life into its structure and enhancing its functionality for both our professional workspace and the redesigned residential area.
