As Seattle evolves, the risk of a dramatically altered or lost view is a stark reality - unless you take it to new heights. Studio AM, in partnership with Toth Construction, is actively transforming three luxury apartment spaces into one contiguous residence on the 57th floor of the Rainier Square Tower. This effort involves architecture and design within the broader architecture of Seattle's newest and tallest residential structure.
