This home was built in 1970 by Preston Bolton, one of Houston's most well respected mid century architects, as his personal home. The home is over 5K sq ft and sits on over an acre on the bayou. A study was done on the home by the architecture school at Rice University when Preston was still alive. The home has been significantly renovated while maintaining the integrity of its historical significance The renovations included updating the major systems of the home, making it a smart home controlled by Control4, all new windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, landscaping and the major systems of the house.
