Named after Horácio Sabino Square – one of the most beloved public gathering and leisure spaces in the western part of the city – the Sabino building is in harmony with its location; here, the 'square spirit' is also present in the conception and architecture. Its layout is pedestrian-friendly, with the ground floor filled with green landscaping, and the presence of a large mural created by Rodrigo Cass that, in a way, gifts the city, enhancing the landscape and bringing a positive vibe even to those just passing by on the sidewalk. Versatile to meet different needs of contemporary living, it offers both larger apartments with flexible layouts and studios. The leisure area includes, on the ground floor, a party room and playroom, a gym, a relaxation terrace, a sauna, and a pool on the 25th floor with a privileged view.
