We fell in love with the serenity of this water front cottage and are now making this 1.5 acre property available for the first time since 1963. Located less than 10 minutes to South Haven and 15 minutes to St Joseph & Benton Harbor.

Nestled in the seagrass with only 40 steps to water with 135 feet of private beach. The cottage is one of the closest homes to the waters edge in the area. A wrap around patio decking combined with a mid tier deck provide the best of outdoor/indoor living.
