Second Story, Second Life – Bellevue Addition & Remodel

To accommodate a growing family, we transformed the second floor of this Bellevue home by adding a new primary suite, office, family room, and laundry above an existing garage—reinforced with upgraded foundations and a new structural system. Two bedrooms were enlarged, bathrooms reimagined, and the entire floor reconfigured for flow and comfort. Vaulted ceilings with exposed engineered beams bring drama and warmth, while every fixture, finish, and detail was custom curated to reflect the clients’ tastes. From architectural and structural design to permit processing, procurement, and interior styling, this 8-month design-build was a full-circle effort—creating not just more space, but a home that grows with its people.
