The Aven is a new and minimalist boutique hotel in the hills of Camps Bay, Cape Town. The owners, a Belgian couple gave up their lives in the model and pharmaceutical industry, moved and bought an old villa. After renovating for about 2 years we can see the amazing result. Bringing the typical Belgian minimalist style with textured walls and floors, light wood and clean lines.
Working with a local architect and a very clear idea of what they wanted. 6 suites and the owner’s apartment make up this villa with amazing views in the front and the back.
Situated on the slopes of the 12 apostles with stunning views over Table mountain and Lion’s Head this modernist looking villa is a breath of fresh air in this villa community. A calming atmosphere where the clean lines, the amazing ocean and mountain views bring something fresh and contemporary.
