100 plus Year old building in Rural Eastern, WA converted to gorgeous lofty living space. Our home has had many uses over the past 100 years, however a residence of this design in Rural Garfield, WA was not foreseen, until the Butchers Wife found and made it her home. Attached by common walls to their custom old school Butchers Shop (Garfield Meat’s est. 1955). The home now features tall ceilings, exposed brick walls, glass wall, mid -century modern furnishings, and a little outdoor patio. Those passing by would never guess what beauty awaits inside.
