Dear Dwell,
I need your help to change how people think about residential dwellings. I am in contract on Lillian Booths house
from 1962 . Lillian is an interesting person in her own right . I want to show people that living in harmony with nature
is possible . My plan is for the 1st Passive house in Bergen county NJ ( a place known for real housewives , and mega mansion extravagance ). I have been in love with Passive for nearly a decade . I tried to contact Habits for Humanity to Upcycle the bricks , hot water heater - boiler from this house BUT was told NO - we don't do that !
