This spacious villa, covering 660 sq.m, is
located in the prestigious area of Almaty

and embodies a modern Japandi style

with Kazakh ethnic accents. The

architectural design includes three levels:

• The first and second floors, with a

total area of 351 sq.m, are dedicated to

living spaces. Here you will find cozy

bedrooms and spacious living rooms with

3.2-meter ceilings, while the main living

room boasts an impressive height of 7

meters.

• The basement floor (180 sq.m)

houses technical rooms and features a

stylish home theatre.

• The third floor (130 sq.m) serves as a

lounge area with a large terrace, perfect

for relaxation.

The house comprises 14 rooms and 7

bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for the

comfortable living of a family of five—a

couple with three children.

Interior Design

The villa’s interior emphasises natural

materials such as marble, wood, and

plaster, which harmoniously blend with

complex, muted tones chosen to suit the

style. The finishes and furniture are

sourced from premium brands like Villeroy

& Boch, Hansgrohe, Laminam, Salini

Luche, Lazoni, and 101 Copenhagen.

Functionality

Special attention has been given to

practicality:

• Almost every bedroom is equipped with

a walk-in closet.

• The basement floor features additional

storage rooms, including seasonal and

oversized wardrobe spaces, a pantry for

food storage, and a spacious laundry

room with ample shelving.

Terraces

The villa also boasts two terraces:

• The first terrace, located on the ground

floor, is perfect for family gatherings

during warm days.

• The second, a larger terrace on the

third floor, offers breathtaking views of the

mountains, creating a serene retreat.

The project began in 2023 and was fully

completed in 2024. The clients entrusted

the design process entirely to the team,

which streamlined the workflow. The layout

was approved on the second attempt, and

selecting the colour palette and materials

became an enjoyable creative journey. This

spacious, modern, yet cozy villa perfectly

fulfils the clients’ dream of a stylish and

functional family home.
