The SLS hotel and residences brand isn’t slowing down any time soon. The Related Group, sbe and Allen Morris Company recently unveiled the high-design SLS LUX Brickell Hotel & Residences – the third SLS-branded property in Miami.
The expertly-designed 57-story tower features an exterior by Arquitectonica and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Taking cues from Havana, Cuba, the design team incorporated vibrant, bold patterns and contemporary pieces throughout the property to create a dramatic yet sophisticated aesthetic.
The exterior of the building features an LED façade by lighting artist Ana Isabel Martinez, a stunning 40,000 square-foot color block mural by famed Argentine artist Fabian Burgos, and Fernando Botero’s ‘Male Torso’ flanking the entrance. Katsuya by sbe, Chef Katsuya Uechi’s second location in Miami and fourteenth internationally, can be found on the ground floor. SLS LUX Brickell also features SBar, a high-design space that takes lounge life to a new level. Together, these spots are destined to become a destination for both guests and locals.
With 450 luxury residences and 84 hotel suites, the development features impressive amenities, including a sky-high tennis court, a rooftop pool and a rock climbing wall, to name a few. What makes this tower even better is being steps away from many of the great retail, nightlife and entertainment options in the heart of the Brickell, like Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.
