This home sat vacant in the quiet Bay Vista neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach, DE for 7 years. Husband and wife team ,Rick and Katie Byrd of Byrd Design and Build in Baltimore, MD purchased the home to have a vacation home available to their two year old daughter.
The entire home was torn down to the studs, the layout altered, and put back together with a modern, coastal vibe. Instead of the typical mid-atlantic decor, they chose to make the home stand out with black and white details, gold accents, and high end touches.
