Upon purchasing the fixer-upper 1960s ranch in 2017, the Flannerys set about planning a full remodel of the home. After several starts and stops with various designers, they decided to create their vision themselves, oftentimes staying up late into the night sketching ideas and cabinet plans on graph paper. In 2022, the remodel was completed by CSI Custom Homes.
