This contemporary residence began with the architectural details of the building itself. A vision of sophistication and elegance with emphasis on the desirable views from the residence, are the base for the interior spatial flow. The interior architectural elements that help define the spaces are highlighted by the ceiling design details that lift and surround you without obstruction of the views, creating a seamless transition between one area and the next.

Contemporary yet soft and warm palette furniture help accentuate the luxurious natural materials on the walls and floors. Quiet elegance, comfortable and livable furniture that appeals to empty nesters as well as young professionals alike is evident throughout the residence.

The elevator lobby is the prelude to the residence that evokes elegance and promotes comfort to those that enter it. The mixture of wall coverings and cladded walls with mirrors in a harlequin pattern to brighten the space and light fixtures that are delicate enough to serve as accent to the space, preparing you to transition to the interior of the unit.

When entering the residence, a screen that allows your eyes to enjoy the transition from one space to the next without blocking the lavish views that the residence offers. The ample space was treated as a cohesive transition that will allow you to feel free and relaxed from the moment you enter the unit.

The dining space allows for formal dining and large gatherings without constrictions while granting the experience the fluidity of the apartment without losing the feel of elegance.

Since art is a very personal taste the grand salon was designed with the idea to depart from the need to use art by introducing millwork elements that would define and allow the transition from one space to the next with the addition of mirrors to bring in the ocean view.

The family area was envisioned as a comfortable space that can be used for tv viewing as well as an extension of the open concept kitchen when entertaining. The use of wood paneling with LED lighting highlights a more relaxed space that can be used to enjoy a quiet time while city watching day or night.

The bedrooms feature custom millwork by Ornare. Ornare customized the closet, desk and vanity, adding sophistication to the space. Reflective materials including bronze reflective glass doors, platinum metallic lacquer shelves, glass tops and floating drawers enlarge the space while continuing to highlight the ocean views.

To make the main bedrooms a statement, great precision was taken in consideration in the development of the wall paneling by introducing mirrors that will reflect the views. The subtle use of color brightens the space allowing the focal point of the bedroom to be the ocean views.
