To indulge in such rugged pastimes as fly-fishing and snowmobiling, you’re willing to accept a certain coarseness of accommodations. Here, though, it is possible to experience the spectacular landscape of the heart of Montana while making your home in a luxurious private cabin, complete with the full range of amenities.
All cabins are constructed of log or cedar and come complete with a private (or at least nearby) hot tub, fireplace, air conditioning, data ports, a stocked wet bar, and room service, with fresh baked cookies delivered daily.
But this is no oasis — there’s no shortage of activities, designed to get you out into that wide open landscape. Depending of course upon the season, the ranch offers everything from nature walks to cattle drives to helicopter tours of the Bitterroot Mountains. The winter months, naturally, are ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country), snowshoeing, guided snowmobile trips, a winter horseback ride, or even just an evening spent lounging beside a crackling fire. In the warmer months the ranch offers Montana's world-famous fly-fishing as well as various horseback activities (including one cattle drives), guided ATV/Hummer excursions, mountain biking, tennis, swimming, or just a walk through the valley, resplendent with pine trees and wild flowers.
