From coquo

This test kitchen is located in the Trois fois par jour headquarters near Montreal, Canada. Trois fois par jour was founded by Marilou, a French Canadian entrepreneur, influencer and cookbook author.

Marilou’s vision was to create a space to develop recipes and take pictures for her company’s social media platforms, website and magazine. With this objective in mind, coquo has designed a modern and bright kitchen entirely with coquo modular furniture—a kitchen that allows several people to work together in an inspiring workspace while providing various storage options for the team.

coquo—which means “I cook” in Latin—is a Montreal-based company offering versatile and timeless modular kitchen furniture. Handcrafted by local artisans using traditional woodworking techniques with durable materials such as solid oak and steel, coquo furniture is synonymous with simplicity, versatility, and durability.
