I designed the ADU as a persay Baja Coastal Modern. 13' parapet wall's, w/10' ceiling height, designed and situated on an old palm tree nusurey which gives a very cool exotic feel.. I also own the 2 lots adjacent to mine, and are in final stages of the permitting process.
