Nicknamed the "Taco Bell" house, Steve Simi (88 yrs old) purchased the property with a modern vision in his mind.Hr drew up the plane turning this 1700 sq ft into 4500 sq ft. He was hands on the entire build (yep, he's 88 and did the trenching on the back hoe) Located in a serene part of the Napa Valley, with ohhhhhh those Napa views......The well loved home had popcorn ceilings, bi-level flooring, old windows and doors, water damage, original appliances, and a small footprint of 17oo sq ft. He built the radiant heat system himself. What began as a flip turned into his daughters home. It was just to beautiful to let go! So his daughter and her husband, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a rabbit moved into an RV on the property for 10 months while the house was completed
