View from the street. The original 1917 brick bungalow was a single story with an 800 SF footprint, the new second floor added 970 SF doubling the size of the home. The original brick exterior was repaired and maintained, and matching brick was added to the second floor. The steel canopy over the front porch provides shade from the Western sunshine and covered area to enjoy the sunsets.
