Located in a historic Munich park, this four-room penthouse is tailor-made for a nature-loving elderly couple. Evoking a treehouse's serenity, it seamlessly blends with the surrounding treetops, with warm, natural oak panels creating a cozy ambiance

Materials and colour palettes were carefully selected to harmonize with the natural outdoors, establishing a sense of continuity and bringing the outside in.

Every section, including a multifunctional area fitted with a robotic furniture system, is designed for maximum functionality.

This project highlights the importance of modern, human-centric design that pairs aesthetics and comfort, thus enhancing the daily lives of the elderly.
